This service will be ending on june 1st any items with us before this date will be processed. Due to the Windsor framework we are unable to provide this service anymore.

You can have your items shipped to NCG to have them forwarded to your ROI Address. Northern Card Gaming Is located in Northern Ireland meaning we still remain part of the UK & EU single market. That means Goods traveling from NI to ROI will not incur additional fees or VAT.

The Process is simple:

1. Buy a Mail forward PER each item being delivered to NCG. If you wish to add additional Mail forwards you can purchase them at a later date and select “add to existing mail forward at shipping”. You may have to pay additional shipping if your parcels do not combine into 1 box. Our staff will contact you if this is the case. We ask you leave a note of what is being shipped at shipping instructions.

2. Have the item addressed to your name posted to:

3. We do not open parcels unless you ask us too to check the contents. The items are then placed inside a box for forwarding. All items are sent with tracking using Parcelforce and normally arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.

-You have a storage period of 40 days, before we will automatically dispatch your item.

-If you have an item delivered to us without a mail forward being purchased you will be charged a admin penalty of 10.00 per item. This is due to the additional work it creates for our staff and admin team. Deliveries of items without having purchased a mail forward will result in your item being rejected and returned to sender.

-It is your responsibility as the purchaser to insure the item accurately. All shipments have a 100.00 insurance built in. NCG does not take responsibility for any additional loss above the 100.00 included insurance incurred if you have not correctly insured your parcel.

-NCG does not take retention of your goods. It is your responsibility to declare your imports to your local Tax authorities. NCG will declare the value of the good as displayed on any invoice attached to the mail forward.
