The Sd. Kfz (abbreviation for the German word Sonderkraftfahrzeug that means special motor vehicle) 250/8 was used to support the advance of the formidable German infantry.

The vehicle was based on the 250 model that was a shortened version of the Sd Kfz 251 Hanomag and came in many variants fulfilling many different roles.

This model represents the “Neu” 250/8 version of the vehicle which was fitted with the short 75 gun and a pintle-mounted MG34 machine gun. The 250 Stummel was a very useful and powerful vehicle for infantry attack support and was in use from 1943 onwards in most theatres.
