The kit is composed of a laser cut plywood and basswood. It is based on Henry Tellers Law Office in Central City, Colorado. It is relatively easy to build but some model building experience is always good. This kit is great for any model railroad. The HO foot print is 2 1/4″ wide by 3 3/4″ deep.
